Reinforced concrete car scales

Various lengths of reinforced concrete car scale platforms are available, ranging from 5 to 24 meters. Upon request, custom and non-standard lengths for these scale platforms are possible, for example, 17.6m, 16.8m, and others. In response to customer needs, we have produced car scale platforms of various widths, not only the standard 3m but also 2.8m, 3.5m, and 4m. The metal frame of the scales is manufactured in our company's metal processing workshop. The frame's exterior is sandblasted, primed, and painted. The frame is supplied with reinforced steel bars, filled with high-grade concrete on-site or at our facility. Typically, a fully filled scale platform is used, but a lighter and more economical reinforced concrete car scale construction with a mid-gap can be ordered.

This platform can be installed above ground or flush with the ground. The foundations of the scales or access ramps with abutments are manufactured according to drawings and recommendations provided by our specialists. In the absence of a self-building company or partners, our experienced construction workers, with extensive experience in pouring scale foundations, can perform this task. In such cases, a full warranty is provided for both the scales and the foundations. The weight sensors used are made exclusively from stainless steel, with a high protection class of IP68/IP69K, a working temperature of no less than -40 °C, and protection against lightning discharge. The sensor cables are safeguarded against rodent damage. If needed, we can provide a weight indicator and cargo weighing accounting software tailored to meet the client's specific needs.
