Overview The IT1 is a cost-effective industrial weighing indicator for standard applications. The W&M approved indicator is available as a wall-mount/desk-top unit or as panel-mount version for installation in a switch cabinet. Key features ● Robust: Stainless steel housing (ingress protection – IT1: IP69K, IT1 Ex2/22: IP 65), all cables inserted into the housing through tight cable glands ● W&M approved: For worldwide use as non-automatic weighing instrument (approved in the EC, USA, Canada, and other countries) ● Excellent readability: Bright TFT color display (4.3") with wide viewing angle ● Various designs: Wall-mount/desk-top or panel-mount versions available ● Easy integration into PC networks, interfaces for remote displays, printers and other peripheral devices ● Hazardous area: For installation in hazardous area SysTec offers the IT1 Ex2/22 version ● IT1 is designed for the connection to one scale with analog or digital force transducer. The max. W&M approved resolution is 10,000 d ● Use as multiple-range scale (e.g. 3 x 3000 d) is possible ● W&M approved long-term weight storage (data archive with a max. of 1 million entries available as option) ● Option: External scale interface via ADC box and RS485 interface with a max. cable length of 500 m Application BASIC - weighing with floor or bench scales COUNT - parts counting scales for production or warehousing CHECK - for check scales ONLINE - weighing terminal in the PC network
